Okay, not really. But I just added a real bio to sararyan.com, so the curious can discover what I got certificates of achievement for in 1983.

January 26, 2007 at 1:32 pmWow, the Young Authors Conference…I remember going to that in 6th grade. I had written some goofy super hero story…I think it was titled “Another Superguy Adventure” (and I think it was the only Superguy adventure). I remember being a bit guilty for borrowing the style from a friend of mine. I think I may have still have the book they gave which collected everyone’s story. I went in seventh or eight grade as well, but that year they only printed the good stories…so my story of the movie quoting superhero X-Factor (years before Marvel’s X-Factor) wasn’t in it.

February 22, 2007 at 7:02 pmHAHAHAHAHA! The Self game! I had completely forgotten about the self game! My favorite story from it is when one of our friends declined to join on the grounds that if he was honestly playing himself, he wouldn’t actually DO anything. The same was, of course, true of me, but if I had been that honest, what would I have done with my Friday nights?
