Just a surprisingly low number. I guess it depends on how you define “relieving stress.” Playing online shoot-em-up games is an obvious stress reliever, but sometimes checking email or blogs to communicate with friends can help, too.
I use it to find things that piss me off and then scream about it. Self-induced stress and relief. :)
