I admire women who can wear heels

day two. have acquired a pair of wicked stilettos, made by these people. have also acquired a gym membership for the week. we had our first adventure last night, which involved getting locked out of the hotel and wandering til 4 AM — easy to do, since things actually stay open here until very late. the convention officially starts tomorrow. the institute where we´ll be speaking has a banner up promoting the show. it was the largest font i have yet seen my name in.

I am from Gijon and most of my family still lives there. I saw in the local papers that you are in Gijon for the week and I wanted to let you know that you do have some very distant in laws there. Please let me know if you would be interested in having coffe with them. I am in New York state, but my brothers

Wow, Sara, you bought a pair of stilettos! We should get all dressed to the nines and go out for a cocktail when you come back to Portland. My regards to Mr. Leiber, as always. I cleaned my apartment this weekend and came across a mug that he autographed for me years ago. I bet I could get $2 for it on EBAY.
